Scale
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries

  • In a large bowl, combine oats and protein powder. Give it a little stir to mix them well.
  • Add in the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), crushed freeze-dried strawberries, softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix it all together until you get a sticky mixture that holds together.
  • If your mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water or more honey. If too sticky, sprinkle a bit more oats.
  • Once combined, roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up magic. Enjoy!
